The U.S. military has bases where allies allow them to have bases, they don’t create illegal ones in international waters THEN claim large swaths of those international waters as their own sovereign territory to be defended militarily.
How would China feel if the USA built islands in the South China Sea 12 miles from Chinese territorial waters?
China is literally taking non-sovereign OPEN OCEAN, building an island and claiming it as China. It’s the same as overtaking another sovereign territory by force, except this “sovereign territory” is owned by EVERYONE, so there is no defensive force being applied to stop the Chinese expansion.
Is that cool, Bro? Or was that all Biden’s doing?!
