Match discussion - Arsenal (H) - Saturday 4 Oct k.o. 12:00

Wasn't that the away end where she scored? Or were City fans in there as well?

We didn't walk round today as it was chucking it down.

That's fine, right in front of the goal you've scored in. To then make a point to come over to the East stand and pat your badge and point fingers - that was disrespectful

Yeah it was the south stand which was half city half arsenal. She scored and then just celebrated in the penalty area and tapping the badge and all that at the crowd.

And the ran to the middle of the East stand and pointed to the boxes and started pulling her badge. You mustn't have seen it.

Ah okay didn't realise it was half and half. Always nice when you're on the winning side when it's like that

She seems to do a lot for girls football, running coaching sessions throughout the summer as well.

She also comes across as a female Grealish off the pitch with some of the things she comes out with haha
My daughter was at a wedding Toone was at last year. Toone was mates with the bride - my daughter is best mates with the brides younger sister.

I'm reliably informed Toone is pretty sound and was really down to earth, and not giving it the big I am in any way. And my daughter is a match going Blue and prone to Berting to wind up United fans as well!

Toone's engaged to a big blue as well - I've seen him at games before

That's the first thing I thought of. None of this badge kissing nonsense - full on Adebayor or nothing. Think there were a few Arse fans burst blood vessels that day.

“From what I’ve been told”??
Come on, spill the beans …
I did in a thread a while back.

It wasn’t just to do with Taylor, it was the fact they could only use the CFA gym at certain times and never when the men were there. She felt she was shoddily treated by the management and hierarchy. She wasn’t alone in that.

Hopefully the new management have stopped that feeling and we draw a line under the previous regime,

The fact we are building them their own facility will make a difference, not sure why she felt that a problem anyway, most others didn't.

Fact is her performances weren't up there, she got left out, it's football, it happens, play better.

It sounds like the reason I haven't been a fan is because of the vermin's adoration of her. That makes sense.

Source? We have had some very good players leave. Many professional women seemed to support her when she was having it out with the club, including some current and former City players.

It is quite possible other players have had issues. They simply chose to handle it differently.

Quite cringeworthy that she replied to the original tweet

What she did after her goal was a bit naughty and showed her in a bad light. No idea if she’s a decent person or not, but came across as a bit of a twunt in the game after her goal.

As for the tweet, it’s not from City, but a City fan site, so I guess it’s fair game…and she does have a good comeback!

Don’t like to see anyone bugging themselves up through their socials, but then you have to live with the consequences, so…

A fair few felt the women were treated far more basically than the men.
