He is amazing. Fans love him and he seems to like us. Top player, and his ability is lifting a few other players in the team. He looks happy, and that can only be a good thing for us.

Thanks for the Borrow. Can we keep him please?

Just to add. My boy is autistic. I am already hearing from local disability groups that Jack has shown an interest to help. One has already mentioned a very nice donation. So top lad, good on him.

I'm telling you now mate, Jack Grealish has got a heart of gold, and he's given love, financial help, and his own time to a number of Villa and City fans with disabilites over the years ..... he always helps in any way that he can, and he doesn't forget people either ..... Jack is a 100% genuine guy, with a real caring attitude, and he always goes the 'extra mile' with kids if he possibly can.

My grandchild is autistic too, so I know how difficult they can be at times.

I wish he still played for us. Better than Bernardo and Savinho.
I suspect that Bernardo has already made his mind up that he wants one last challenge when his contract expires, maybe back home in Lisbon, or possibly Spain, and at 31 years of age he's probably right .... there's no doubt in my mind that he's been one of the greatest, and most popular players ever seen at City, and when he does finally leave I'll recall the goals he scored, and the smile on his face ... the guy's been quite an infectious character to have around the place, but his girlfriend is also from LIsbon and, like him, she's probably yearning to return there.

Savinho?? Well let's just say he's still got quite a bit of convincing left to do for me yet, and probably for many other City fans too ...... maybe now that he's signed a lengthly new contract at City, he'll be happier and up his game, but only time will tell.

not sure if this is the right place to ask this but, my sons a Man City fan through my dad and his cousins and will be in Manchester the weekend of the Everton game. We’ve tried to get tickets but can’t. Is there any where we can watch it while we are there with it being a 3pm kick off?

This is a very awkard fixture one we should win but could well be a draw. Everton are much improved with some good midfield players with a fighting spirit. Tarkowski v Erl will be a tasty battle but they lack a good goalscorer up front.

I'm not sure if this will affect any fans coming to the game but cross country rail have announced a strike on the day of the game. A lot of bus services in Manchester will also be on strike the same day unless it's resolved before then.

Premier League games kicking off at 3pm aren't screened in this country on Saturday afternoons these days , there are agreements/ contracts in place, and its illegal to show them .... the general idea being to ensure (or force) fans to actually attend football stadiums ..... the only Premier League games that ARE screened on TV usually kick off at 12.30pm and 5.30 pm.

Sunday games are ..... no 3pm kick offs or TV screenings .... the Premier League games that ARE screened on TV generally Kick off at 2pm and 4.30pm.

Sometimes Premier games are shown that kick off in the weekend evening hours .... 7.30, 8pm kick offs etc ..... the Premier League and it's football clubs generally have to play by what the TV companies want !

These are UK rules though, and often fans in other countries can still get to watch Premier League games.

Everton are such a pain to play against. They've only conceded 16 shots on target all season – and that’s second best in the league, just behind Palace.

Like wtf are they doing back there? I don’t even watch them, so I can’t tell if they’re defending like prime Atletico or if teams just forget how to shoot when they play them

Meanwhile Spurs, who are actually playing decent ball and are flying up the table, have already faced 29 shots on target. Mad stat when you think about it.
They haven’t really played anybody apart from liverpool, which they lost
All their most difficult fixtures so far have been at home, with the new ground bounce
Fortunate to play Villa in their early doldrums period, and Palace at home after they played in Europe on Thursday night
We have to be beating them at home if we’re serious about this season

Whilst the game is still a long way off thank God those who have opted for a team selection are not including Savinho as some were pre- Brentford

Hehe, they lacked one at the weekend too, until uncle Jack popped up in the right place to send them all home happy!

As an aside I really hope the Norway manager just plays Erling in their qualifying game and not the shitty friendly against New Zealand a few days later. I will be mightily pissed off if he plays in both
Yep, me too ...... he said he felt tired before the Brentford match, so playing him in these two games won't do him any favours.

Surely they can round up eleven women from the streets of Oslo who could wipe the floor with New Zealand !

First Bus Manchester have resolved their pay squabble, so their buses will be back in action any time now, if they aren't already ..... its the other Manchester bus company, Stagecoach, who are still at war.

I'm not aware of any pubs that show 3pm kick offs if that's what you're looking for, but there are ways to watch if you have an internet connection ;) I've found lots of helpful things through Reddit for example, just Google your query & put 'reddit' on the end lol

Yes metroline I think which cover almost the whole of south Manchester.

Buy memberships, there are currently tickets on the website for members.
There will be loads more the week leading up to the game!

The place shall remain nameless but i was having my haircut last Saturday afternoon and at the same time they were beaming the 3pm kick off rags game with Sunderland on their large flat screen in there, really good, clear picture too ... the commentary wasn't in english though, and as the barbers aren't either, maybe they pay one of these foreign football sites ..... maybe, lol !!

It'll be a dreadful game with Everton camping out on their penalty area. Scruffy 1-0 win for us.

Have you tried ticket and travel exchange on here? There may be some going? You will probably need a matchday membership to buy them though

Haha! Reminds me of the time I went into one of those dessert takeaways for an ice cream & ended up staying to watch a Liverpool 3pm match as it was one of the seasons where we were neck & neck all year!
