Pretty much all bookmaker's customer service will pass on a request for a price on to the odds compilers. The state of the industry these days though, I wouldn't hold my breath about them ever actually being arsed getting back to you. But you can only try.

Paddy Power are probably the best for something like that. Sky Bet have gone way downhill since they got into bed with Betfair, don't offer half the markets they used to.
