It's also not the price unless you are going into 93;20.£83 for a ticket for Everton isn't a 'reduction'
My Burnley ticket ready to download, then 20 mins before kick off i get a message saying we understand you are having difficulty downloading your ticket, please report to a steward, so not the users, it's the clubI'm sure all the reported issues with buying and using tickets are genuine, but not sure why I've never had any issues, ever. Yesterday logged on bought my Bournemouth tickets and my pass is all updated and ready.Don't understand why it can be so different for different users.
Not saying it's the users, just some have issues some have no issues. Maybe depends what phones or browsers people use. No idea what it is, just that it is good for some but not others. My Burnley ticket ready to download, then 20 mins before kick off i get a message saying we understand you are having difficulty downloading your ticket, please report to a steward, so not the users, it's the club
A tenner for Liverpool at home is though.£83 for a ticket for Everton isn't a 'reduction'

That’s a bit over the top, it’s not long since we had to wait until the end of the season to get our money back (or a credit towards the next ST) and before that got nothing. An ST is a commitment to attend every home league game - and whatever that cost will be - but now the club recognise that because prices have spiralled it’s only fair to offer flexibility in payments and refunds. Criticising the time it takes to get money back is a bit much IMHO.I can’t make the Everton match.
I listed my ticket on the Ticket Exchange this Evening and it sold within 20 minutes.
My ticket is in SSL1, block 115.
It always sells when I list it.
Why it tastes City 45 days, a month and a half, to credit me and other City fans with the money is an utter joke.
City Matters need to discuss that with the club at future meetings.
Unless we reduce prices, I can’t see us regularly filling out that stand/the ground. Especially for your run of the mill league games or champions league group games.God knows why we're building this additional stand other than for concerts and big games.
In theory the increased capacity should reduce ticket prices and boost overall attendance. Alas it won't.
Need to have a real look at ticket prices for kids too.
It states up to 45 days, does it usually take that amount of time?I can’t make the Everton match.

The problem with West Ham is not the size of the stadium (it’s full pretty much full all the time) but the design, it’s completely unsuitable for football and should’ve been knocked down after the Olympics but for the dodgy deal Coe, Brady etc engineered. We can argue about our atmosphere but when it’s good it’s VERY good and our stadium design supports that.Unless we reduce prices, I can’t see us regularly filling out that stand/the ground. Especially for your run of the mill league games or champions league group games.
It kind of feels like we are just building for the sake of it now. But it might have a negative impact on the atmosphere and the make up of the crowd - I’m thinking similar to West Ham or even juventus who needed to move to a smaller ground
Ok but it's 31 days since rags gameYou need to call them perhaps, 2 full months is even over their stated 45 day upper limit. This is presuming your bank details are correct and up to date.
