If there isn't an obvious reason to whinge you can bet your bottom dollar that someone will invent one.No idea, ask the club. They never used to give us anything back but even now they do people still moan.

It generally doesn't take near 45 days, but those are the terms and conditions agreed to. It is an odd moan especially as most people are on DD and only just paid for 40% of it and still owe the club for the majority.Disagree, why should it take up to 45 working days for a payment you are owed? It's your money.. they are quick enough to take your monthly DD payments.
A lot of people are sailing close to the wind financially, so might need it quicker, its that simple. If you think a multi-million pound company stringing along regular Joe for 45 days is a good look, then fair enough. Personally, I think its a piss take, but no more a piss take than every other corporate entity in this day and age. That’s irrelevant. The club may have to do checks on the account (arrears etc) before returning funds or something like that.
Why are people desperate for the money back so quickly though? You’ve already committed to spending £1000 or so, why is it important to get that £50 back? Is it the lost 31p of potential interest? Just seems weird behaviour to me.
When I was struggling financially a fair few years ago now, one of the things I gave up was my season ticket and for a couple of years football entirely. If somebody needs the refund from one game back so quickly then committing to a season ticket was probably a error, but those complaining don’t seem to be saying that’s why they want a refund quicker. The 45 day probably just covers them as a few have said it won’t be that long. Seems to be looking for reasons to complain, for the sake of complaining.A lot of people are sailing close to the wind financially, so might need it quicker, its that simple. Yeah I get that mate. The thing is, you can commit to a SC, then the arse could fall out of you're world in an instant. Losing a job, illness, a family bereavement. A mate of mine always pays his SC up front, hates the never never, likes to plan his tight monthly budget. His only luxury in life is watching City. Lost his job 3 weeks ago. Surely, a timely refund when listing his seat is not too much to expect from the cash rich custodians of our Club. When I was struggling financially a fair few years ago now, one of the things I gave up was my season ticket and for a couple of years football entirely. I can't see how being cash rich or not comes into it, he'll get his refund in around 2 weeks.Yeah I get that mate. Do you get £5 off this year? I don't.Tickets for an adult and 2 kids for Bournemouth at home, £51 for all 3! and about 1,000 left at that price. That's a game at 4:30 on a Sunday so no midweek excuses, no early kick off explanation.
They've badly messed about and disrespected the fan base over the past 3/4 years and it's coming home to roost.
6,000 more seats to sell next year, they might be begging for season ticket sales.
If they're struggling to sell 3 tickets for £50 for a premier league game, they've got something badly wrong. We've been telling them on here for years....
Stupid sales criteria, fake sell-outs to push hospitality, prioritising resellers and agents ahead of local fans....people just get out of the habit of going.
That's interesting. If you buy in the returned section it looks like the £5 discount gets applied, so it's £25 adult and £13 child. But in the other sections in SS3 it's £46 and £18 with no £5 discount. That's what I'm seeing on checkout anyway....weird.Do you get £5 off this year? I don't.
I have bought 4 x u18 this season and none had the £5 discount, but they needed to be paid members, so thought the cheaper prices meant discount not on the displayed price. That's interesting. Apparently it's already included in the price this year.Do you get £5 off this year? I don't.
I assumed so but then Green's post suggested otherwise based on advertised prices.Apparently it's already included in the price this year.
Not that important but it's a bit more reassuring to physically see it stating the £5 discount has been applied
Are they not the Bournemouth returns? They've only just popped up in the last 2 or 3 days and not everybody wants to subject their kids to abuse from away fans. Besides, there's still a couple of weeks to go.Tickets for an adult and 2 kids for Bournemouth at home, £51 for all 3! and about 1,000 left at that price. Why would their kids be subject to abuse from away fans? There isn't a single away fan in that whole tier. Are they not the Bournemouth returns? Nice rant but meaningless I'm afraid.
They are 3rd tier they didn't ask for, on sale since Monday. The final order had to come from Bournemouth at least 4 weeks before the game, so they could have been advertised a week earlier, but it has been last 2 weeks to sell them some seasons. Are they not the Bournemouth returns? Not unless they are on the roof. From above, is it not below the away fans?
They don't just mix home and away fans together mate. Are they not the Bournemouth returns? They've only just popped up in the last 2 or 3 days and not everybody wants to subject their kids to abuse from away fans. Besides, there's still a couple of weeks to go.

I thought it was blocks above, below or possibly to either side TBH.They don't just mix home and away fans together mate.
They only accept a complete unsold tier to sell to home fans.
City fans will have less contact with the "scary" Bournemouth fans than those who will be sat in the adjoining blocks to their fans.
Yeah, Levels 0,1, 2 now.I thought it was blocks above, below or possibly to either side TBH.
That said, have the H&S people not decided to rename the tiers starting with 0 at pitch level :)
