Controlled the game apart from the couple of chances we let Everton have. I do t think we played brilliantly but a win is a win.

Nico, Nico and Phil played really well.

Happy for the win against a dogged side.

We are not far off a fully fit squad and things are on the up, whether or not this squad can match the heights others reached remains to be seen, but we should be good for staying up at least! And we seem to have a lot more going for us than around this time last season

Thought we were great second half, felt like the old City again. Both Nicos were class, Erling deadly as ever. Foden starting to play those defence splitting through balls now. Lots to like. Give us Cherki Ball on Tuesday night Pep! He's a maestro!

Nunes was mint today, not sure Kush gets straight back in, especially in games we are clear favourites for.

(Only jokin' of course) .... Pep is unhappy because he only sees Haaland scoring, and he wants other City players to 'chip in' with goals .... and he's right of course, you need goals spread throughout the team, so we have a bigger goal threat from all angles,

I said a week or two ago that he needs to up his game, but a few on here defended him ..... to me he played well at Wolves, and worked hard at Arsenal, but we've seen very little from him of any 'real note' in other games.
