Tell me how it was any different to when the likes of Brighton and bourmemouth were slicing through us with a single pass last season? Its the exact same thing, 4, sometimes 5 players aimlessly putting on a jogging press, never winning it and being completely out of the game whenever we dont have it. It's worse because we aren't sending out a mishmash half fit side like last season, we have options.

People go after Savinho because we see the same thing all the time. He’s had plenty of the ball, has had the beating of his FB and then fails to deliver any end product. Rinse and repeat. He is so frustrating to watch.

First half was as fluent as we have been all season, but once the game changes we don’t have the players with the character change the game back.
Reijnders has struggled again and shows no real passion to either defend or get back behind the ball.
Savinho is just Savinho….the odd flash, but no end product.
We haven’t got a game changer on the pitch….second half is crying out for Cherki.

For such a big lad you'd expect him to hold his own in duels, he gets bullied an awful lot.

I would say Foden has been shite in a "he's been invisible" way.

Whereas every time Savinho gets the ball he's absolutely wank so it's a lot more jarring and memorable when a player actually fucks up on the ball as opposed to a player that is drifting.

So the disparity in my opinion is understandable.
