I have been taking it for over 5 years for the old prostrate. Apparently it disguises your PSA levels. Mine had crept up from 4ish to above 5.5. The true reading is reduced to half of it's true value. Hence that would be over 11 and caused alarm bells with my GP. He fast tracked me for a MRI. The results came back as no cause for concern for the moment but will be keeping me monitored.
