I've never been to Black river but I have been to Whitehouse and I'm sure that didn't fare to well either.
Does this mean that Ocho, Mobay and Negril got off a little lighter?

I couldn't tell you, but the west of the Island took the worst of it. It literally intensified further just as it went onshore.Does this mean that Ocho, Mobay and Negril got off a little lighter?
