If it were that, or take your chances in court, where the scales might not tip your way…If you were accused of something.
And hadnt done it.
Would you pay the accuser off ??

I agree (with that last sentence!).My evaluation of them, having observed them.
I have absolutely no doubt that I have as wide a circle of friends, in terms of social class, than anyone on this board. I genuinely take people for who they are. And despise any form of snobbery. There are great people and cunts in all walks of life.
This all makes me well placed (I feel) to evaluate people from all walks of life, without fear or favour. I genuinely don’t care about someone’s social class, but I think most people do.
And they seem alright to me. Just based in me observing and evaluating them.
fwiw, which is pretty much fuck all!
Comment on the radio earlier this evening (possibly Emily Maitlis) suggested Anne and Edward wanted Chaz to go relatively easy on the Grand Old Nonce of York but Chaz stuck to his guns and took away Andy's titles. William is said to have been thinking along the same lines as Chaz. Queen Cammy has done some work with abuse victims and a few royal watchers think she'd have supported harsh action.
Andy is still 8th in line to the throne but is unlikely to ascend unless he borrows the mushroom recipe made famous by that Aussie woman a few months ago and arranges a family meal.
Fair enoughPotentially, yes. Everyone has different pinch points, and triggers. And motivations.
Some people definitely would. If they were ground down enough. I’ve seen it.
You are nothing, if not predictable! :-)I agree (with that last sentence!).
Your opinion is right most of the time. It’s usually because they are broadly guilty of what they’ve been accused of.Fair enough
Not trying for an argument by the way .
I think it's like admitting guilt but just my opinion
Andrew was apparently the Queen’s favorite, and Phillip appears he might have been a bit of a rum bugger himself! The other thing I find odd about the failure to curb the excesses of Andrew is what role if any did Philip play in all of this. He seems to getting a free ride in all of this. Here is a man who supposedly was straight talking, took no nonsense and had a strong dislike for 2 of his daughter-in- laws yet tolerated his son's appalling behaviour
Judge, jury and executioner, even though there has never been a trial.Just so you know
The response of any decent human should be along the lines of:
He is a sick **** and should be in jail, and those that helped him, defended him, and splashed out 12 million should be there with him.
The list will be long of those who turned a blind eye to Andrews deviant behavior, or excused it away with some mental gymnastics not too far away from what you are trying to do here.
The Queen is amongst the list of those who helped him out
Judge, jury and executioner, even though there has never been a trial.
Lovely.
And, none of that excuses ANY behavior of anyone. Rather, it points out how quick everyone is to pile on when there’s a meaty tabloid story to chew on.
Andy is a bad un. I wish the U.S. would go after him, but that’s never going to happen, nor will it happen in the UK. So, let’s all agree he’s a bad un, he’s getting schwacked, needs a good hiding and move on

Never met him although I understand @Ric played five a side with him on a few occasions!Did you know Brooklands blue ....
As well as being a vile paedophile Saville was one of the least talented entertainers I ever saw. He just used to clown around making stupid noises and repeating meaningless catch phrases. How anybody thought he was worth watching is beyond me.Oh right
Suppose people should have just switched off Jim il fix it and moved on
That would have shown him!
I can now imagine Christmas Day lunch at Sandringham and they all notice that Garlic Mushrooms is down as a starter..Comment on the radio earlier this evening (possibly Emily Maitlis) suggested Anne and Edward wanted Chaz to go relatively easy on the Grand Old Nonce of York but Chaz stuck to his guns and took away Andy's titles. Unfortunately people didn’t realise how much he needed watching at that time.As well as being a vile paedophile Saville was one of the least talented entertainers I ever saw.
