He also said he was one of the best midfielders in the world when he was at sporting only then to say he’s too stupid(not clever enough) to play in midfield

Pep is a pathological liar when it comes to his rating of players. That’s not a bad thing - but I don’t believe for a second that anyone serious(never mind Pep) thinks Nunes can be a top right back for a club that wants to challenge

I thought he was one of the few out there that didn’t really do much wrong. Other than him still playing in ice skates. I’m certainly not looking at Nunes as one of the main problems today.

Some have been silent too long and they are looking for an excuse to come out of the woods. :)

One would hardly expect a manager to talk a player down, of course, but the word ‘could’ does a lot of heavy lifting when Guardiola uses it.

One of the few that performed today. Another solid performance and more experinece in hmthat role. Made some vital recoveries. I do wish somebody would get him some studs though, he cannot go a game without slipping. Has to be his boot choice. It will cost us at some point and the people just waiting for it to happen will gleefully pounce.
