On the whole played very well. Just needs to stop a bit of overplaying. A couple of times at the start of the 2nd half he tried some unnecessary fancy stuff which lead to chances for Bournemouth.

A lovely player to watch though and will be a real asset.

He’s brilliant in tight spaces, not fast enough to race past a player…yet…but he’s just mint at everything else. The awareness for both assists were brilliant, Kev-esque.

To go from Merlin to Kev to this guy is ridiculous squad planning.
