Sheffield Wednesday on the brink… | Enter administration (p30)

Interesting tactics by Wednesday at West Brom today to wear identical colour shirts as the baggies to make it as difficult as possible to pick out who is who
I've been having trouble working out who's who. Maybe in the stadium it's a bit clearer but on TV it is rather confusing (especially when the sun was shining).

That is a dreadful kit. Not as bad as our "raindrops" one we wore at Villa, mind.

They deserve to go to the wall for that kit.

JOKING, @West Yorks Owl!
I'm with you m8, absolute dog shit.

Our away kit should be yellow

End of!

(Old person ranting at the moon)
They really need the type of form that'd normally get sides near the playoffs from now on. Like you, I struggle to see them getting out of this mess. Without the points deduction? Hmm; maybe.
It's irrelevant m8

We are not staying up regardless. We all knew this before a ball was kicked in August.

We'll go down and hopefully regroup in League 1

I think its about not giving up and giving the fans something to look forward to.

The players are certainly giving it a go, a point away at WBA is not to be sniffed out regardless of how poor the sqaud is.

Typically we could be playing our next 2 games against teams with new managers. Still has already gone at Saints and I'm suprised Manning at Norwich is still in a job.

When you're down you're rich pickings for any silver-tongued chancer who might come along, see an opportunity to make a few quid and push you even further into the mire.
So many rip-off merchants operating in the sport today it's difficult to see who's genuine and who isn't, as you and your supporters will have experienced. The knight in shining armour you're looking for could turn out to be some two-bit shyster with all the morals of a politician - in other words, another catastrophic disaster for your club and the poor supporters who -as ever- are the real sufferers.

There are supposed to be rules and regulations regarding a take over of a football club, fit and proper tests and all that. If that's the case why are so many clubs being treated like cash cows for their owners but ultimately end up being put into administration?

If this does happen again from now onwards then the powers that be need pulling up on it .
This sort of stuff should have stopped decades when the likes of us,Leeds and countless others where bouncing into admin.
There a hell of a lot of amazing owners out there but every so often a grade A loon turns up sadly.

Its gonna be crap for the owls for a while but at least they can see a way out which i think thats what they all wanted :)

Still its weird that the majority of northern teams that have endured or lean times suddenly have a rising in attendances :)

That's a good thing if there is a rise in attendances, supporters are showing their loyalties despite the bloated fat cats doing all they can to make a quick buck or two. One day the sporting bureaucrats will realise that football belongs to those that pay the wages - us, the supporters. Some rich Yank in his mansion in Beverly Hills might own it on paper but it would mean nothing without us keeping it all afloat.

I know they aren't everyone's other team, but this was delayed and delayed and if those points had been deducted last season, then Luton would have stayed up.
