Not to sound like a sourpuss but my god Savinho is unbelievably ignoring to watch. Ryan Cherki come on and makes an immediate impact

Difficult start and a bit chaotic after they scored but lots of good stuff and another step in the right direction.

A good performance, but it's almost like a second half collapse is expected now.

They changed half of their outfield team in one go and we struggled for fifteen minutes to match their energy, and Pep has a bigger game to play on Sunday. Game was won, basically.

That being said, and no doubt people will say I’m this, that, and the other because of the scoreline, but I really didn’t like us off the ball, and at times, trying to play through their press from the back was painful to watch

I thought Pep was too late with the substitutions as well

A great performance overall.
But, I think Pep is often reactive with his substitutions.
Dortmund's 4 changes were made 12 minutes before Pep decided City were losing certain battles.
Phil was back to his mercurial best, Big Erl was a constant threat, with Doku & Savinho using speed & skill to terrorise Dortmund.
An enjoyable match...

I don't know what I have said wrong as I think Cherki is more effective that Savinho. Due to everytime I watch Savinho he isn't effective at all and should of sold him in the summer when we had the chance.

guys you really boring with these substitutions. And Pep clearly provided justification while ago, he does not like to repeat it, cause its a part of know-how of Pep Guardiola.

Its for the fitness of players. Nothing could replicate a competitive match reality. So in the process of building the condition we need sometimes to force players, even when they’re extremely tired, to hold on for a few or a dozen more minutes — including in difficult situations — because that’s how you develop footballers in a process, just like it happens in nature. In the long run, it’s brilliant; it’s no coincidence we’ve won so many titles in the spring. It’s all strategy — season management — in this case by a master, Pep.
