I dont think it was fuck all to do with hooligans, I think it would one part of it. Not taking any sides but with the protests there and some quick to kick off and their fans having some who are equally quick to violence it could have been a bigger shit show than it already is.

It’s 100% a decision based on public order but the optics surrounding the decision are fucking awful hence the last minutes excuses that are frankly bullshit.
