It's not what Wirtz seems to do thoughOff to put a fiver on Wirtz scoring a worldie because that's what City do.
:)
I think he claims to support one of the non league sides in Droylsden/Ashton but is said by people to have known him in his younger days to be a liverpool fan. **** (him, not you)thanks. yes there are a lot of rumours that he is
Is he the one spotted at Wembley 2016 league Cup final v us wearing a Dipper scarf in the Dippers end? That may be proof enough.thanks. yes there are a lot of rumours that he is
Those were the only 4 losses of the entire season. This side is not strong enough to go on long winning runs yet.Late January we lost at Newcastle: that made it 4 losses in 8-9 games. Still won it.
I’d stop there if I were you…..Let's face it, we never turn up against them. Our best players hide and their best players flourish.
They'll be on fire from the off. Wirtz will find his legs and prove he was worth the transfer fee and probably show he was actually a bit of a steal for the £100m+. Issac on his day would walk into the Real Madrid starting 11 in front of Mbappe and has the natural ability to be one of the best the PL has seen. VVD is the best defender the league has ever seen and probably on a par with Baresi at his height - and has still to be beaten in a 1:1 with any forward.
Liverpool are a juggernaut and we'll do well to go toe to toe with them.
Take 1-1 now and move onto easier games.
I'm off to John Lewis now.......

Do we tend to shit the bed against Liverpool?Wirtz improving and needing a goal, Isak needs a statement performance and win.
We tend to shit the bed against them.
What could possibly go wrong.
I hope you’re right mate as regards the scoreline, i can also see us losing this game as well which wouldn’t surprise me, for me we have too many soft players in this squad that needs addressing.Ive spent this morning poring over data, x.G stats and tactical analyses. My conclusion is….
Let’s just smash the scouse cunts (but any win will do).
I going 4-1 for the blue boys.
We’ve won 9 drawn 2 (both were injury time equalisers) and lost just one of our last 12 gamesThose were the only 4 losses of the entire season. This side is not strong enough to go on long winning runs yet.
Yep. You know what’s coming sky wankathon!Wirtz improving and needing a goal, Isak needs a statement performance and win.

Yeah 100%, we never really lose to them at home, it’s usually a draw and i can see it being 1-1 tomorrow.Do we tend to shit the bed against Liverpool?
Under Pep our Etihad results against them are:
16/17: 1-1
17/18: 5-0
18/19: 2-1
19/20: 4-0
20/21: 1-1
21/22: 2-2
22/23: 3-2 (League Cup)
22/23: 4-1
23/24: 1-1
24/25: 0-2
P10 W5 D4 L1. Hardly a bad record considering how good they are. Last season they played us as we were slightly improving but they still caught us in the middle of a funk. We're out of that now, we're stronger and they're currently weaker than they were when we played them last.
I'm not saying I'm relaxed about tomorrow. I definitely think we'll have to be on our game to win. But we have a system that can really hurt them now and I hope we can hit them in the same way we hit United and Bournemouth - suddenly and hard, catching them on a fast transition.
