Worked fine. Didn’t understand the steward was shouting to everyone hold your phones camera up to the camera on the turnstile but you don’t have to do that? I just did it like Apple Pay where it says tap here and it worked? Weird.

The NFC chip, certainly on an iPhone, is next to the camera so he’s trying to help people place their their phone in the correct position ultimately it should detect the chip regardless but it’s better and quicker to hold it in close proximity

One of the turnstiles at entrance C failed on Wednesday night. You'd expect it to be sorted by today wouldn't you?

Sometimes my phone works. Sometimes it doesn't.

Today it let me in. On Wednesday it didn't, as it didn't in the game before that, and the game before that, but worked flawlesly from the start of the season until it didn't.

I had no need to seek the assistance of the bloke standing by the turnstile with his magic box allowing me in today, the very presence of which, with the constant queues forming up behind him, sort of points to a less than perfect system.

Dunno why the 'computer says 'no' or 'yes' but that's the confusing and frustrating world we now live in today.
