PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

My guess is that we'll hear in the week starting 1st June next year, which is most likely further away than most other guesses. If this conservative (far away) guess is right(ish) then the number of pages need to grow by about x1.7 in about 1/5 of the time it has taken to get to the current page, 5955. Even if we have a serious bout of posting fever, I don't think 10000 before the verdict is likely. For more optimistic (sooner) guesses on the verdict date, I would say there is next to no chance, but of course a few well timed information leaks could change everything
I just read in an outlet called Football London that our "points deduction hearing" verdict is imminent. So we won't have to wait much longer it seems.

I’m stuck in MRI, been here 3 weeks with probably another 2 to go. The WiFi is absolute dogshit, 0.4mbs , you can get a bit of iPlayer, but streaming anything is a waste of time
Best of luck mate Father Paul has only one kidney remaining and I dont expect it to past much longer.

All the best blue.
hope all is going well and continues to go well.

I can sympathise with the WiFi, I’ve been in Alder Hey since Monday.
No signal and some how they’ve managed to block any video streaming on WiFi on lot of apps.

Hope you have a speedy recovery.

Right lads another soft signal......I got call and kidney transplant yesterday at MRI
All going good at present but expecting darker times till settles down. Can't thank donor unselfish act enough but wifi hit n miss so you know result will drop
Hope colinwindow cleaner and other lad whos name begins with C sorry can't remember at present is reading this

Just had a look at what I think is the article your referring to. It's written by Tom Canton, their Arsenal reporter and doesnt sound very credible; mostly speculation. Not sure anyone outside the panel can really know what's going on, so I guess my guess is as valid or as baseless anyone else's....would be good if the verdict came through soon though. The waiting feels like a long slow form of torture

I'm sure (but will be corrected by our legal experts if I'm wrong) this hearing won't give the punishment if we're found against with the case "proven".

I'm sure I've read on here, in between bacon and watercress butties, that will be a seperate hearing altogether to determine punishment.

So I would suggest Tom Canton is speaking bollocks, unless I'm totally wrong.

Ahh that extremely reputable and connected bastion of journalism, erm, Football London, who none of us had ever heard of until you posted.

FFS mate.

Only if we're found guilty of something ;)
Our compensation hearing will be separate as well...

I'd seen the name previously on here. I honestly thought it was an Arsenal fanzine, looks like I wasn't far off the mark either.

Think that's maybe where @Tim of the Oak 's mooted off-chance starts to maybe make sense. Imagine waiting over a year for the committee to determine the only thing the club are guilty of is this non-cooperation stuff. Then waiting for another hearing and then another say 6 months for them to give out a 10m fine. If it was an option in any way, then you would think everyone involved would prefer to 'combine' those two and hand out any such penalty at the same time as the verdict.

For clarity, not that I think that is what is happening, just in the logic of that theory he put out a few weeks ago.

Saturday is the day I reckon. 15th November so we've got 1, 1, and 5 in the date. It's a sign I tell you, a sign.
And it's an international break so all our players will be out of the country and can be tapped up by their international colleagues to sign for other clubs when we are relegated 8 divisions.
