Not enough as we know, but something at least...

"Germany plans to raise its military aid to Ukraine by three billion euros next year to around 11.5 billion euros ($13.2 billion) to support its battle against Russia - a further three billion euros.

“This includes, among other things, artillery, drones, armoured vehicles and the replacement of two Patriot systems.”

Final budget probably be decided end of this week.

A good few miles of low,open terrain to cross.

Can you interpret the same quotes that he referred to in a manner different from his?

Not to say that their nation is honest, but the other side (the other side of the pond) is not holier than thou either. There are two sides. From both sides there are pacifists and there are militarists.

Unlike your way of brushing the whole nation on the same cloth, his explanation was more pragmatic in identifying individuals. He mentions names, many names. There are good individuals there are bad individuals.

Watch the clip again, but this time do not view it as nation against nation. It’s specific persons vs specific persons.

I’ll gladly look at it when you point me to a single agreement or treaty that expressly or even impliedly stated that NATO wouldn’t move an inch to the East, as without that any talk of promises or undertakings is completely worthless
