Can anyone advise on this please?

I purchased some extra tickets for family for the next CL game.

On the confirmation email (under 'delivery details') for each additional ticket it says "Your Mobile Pass will be updated"
However, underneath it then says "When you purchase additional tickets, you’ll receive a mobile ticket to download for those seats. Your own personal ticket will automatically be loaded onto your mobile pass."

This is contradictory to the 'delivery details' info.

How will I receive these tickets? I'm assuming they'll send me another email with the Google Wallet download option, but wanted to check if anyone knew.

Also, I'm only showing the Leeds game as my next game in my wallet although the CL game comes first, is that usual? I can't remember from previous games....

Any help appreciated
 
Don’t know about the first bit but my wallet also shows Leeds currently. Expect it to update at some point

My Bayer Leverkusen ticket is in my account, when I log on to the City App, with all the correct information and details :0)

Transfer to Wallet is not activated yet :0(

I have read elsewhere on here on different threads, that tickets should be available to transfer to Wallet - 10 days out from the match day??

Can’t comment on the Leeds tickets, as I have not brought one.
 
Same with me, purchased Bayern L tickets but my wallet still shows Leeds as my next match. Tried the recommend “open app, swipe down “ to try to update the pass but still no joy. Anyone had any success fixing this or is it a load of time wasted calling the ticket office? All Help/ suggestions appreciated!
 
Just received an e-mail from City... it seems both of the two tickets I bought must be downloaded on the same phone??? I can't rely on my friend to arrive on time for the KO :-(
 
Same here. In the UEFA scheme but showing Leeds and not Leverkusen in wallet. Hopefully they'll sort it in the next few days.
It shouldn’t matter. If the ticket is showing in your account you’ll get through the turnstile irrespective of what the display in your phone’s wallet reads.
A mate of mine had the first home game of last season stuck on his digital season ticket for all of 2024-25. He never had an issue getting into the ground.

Just download one ticket from the email and then forward the email and have them download the second one. As long as you both don't try to download the same ticket it will work just fine

Ta...it's now changed to the Leverkusen game at some point today, so all good.

I raised this issue with Fan Support last week and received the following reply..

" Tickets for Leverkusen haven't been sent to Season Ticket Passes just yet. It would start to appear on your pass within 5 days of the fixture."

My wallet has now been updated.

Probably worth knowing for future fixtures!

Thanks for the update stoneblue , mine has also updated now but why make us sweat risking a daunting call to fan support or the ticket office! ?
