International Games | 12th - 19th November '25

The real Terence Trent D'Arcy is in the crowd.
He's called a different name now, according to the commentator.

Italy having plenty of the ball (nearly 70% possession), but only the one shot on target in the opening 35 minutes. The Norwegian keeper is having a pretty stress free evening so far.

They'd have to lose by 9. That's not going to happen. A 2 or 3 goal face saving win for the Italians would be my guess. The Norwegians aren't going to be too bothered about the game. To be honest, why would they be?
Some of the GD's are crazy, after only a few matches. Savage difference in quality between the top and bottom teams in each group.
England +22, Croatia + 21, Belgium +15 Austria +
18 and Spain and Netherlands +19.

Norway +28, after 7 and a bit games. The bottom side in that group, Liechtenstein are - 24!

"...Italy still need another 8..."

Ref losing control a bit which is no surprise with Spanish refs.

Look at San Marino and Moldova
I realise that the PC argument is that every nation deserves to compete for a place at the major tournaments. But can anyone explain what benefit these hidings that the weaker nations get are to them? Or to their opponents. What would England (or France/Germany/Spain/Netherlands/etc) seriously gain from a 6 or 7 goal win? They'll have stiffer training sessions.
