Antoine Semenyo

Its not Viana its Soriano. Was pretty widely reported soriano blocked the move. That isn't conjecture its fact. He may well end up being quality, but we kept him this summer for political reasons, not football ones.
No it’s conjecture, not a fact, and doubt Soriano gets that involved in transfers other than finance. Pretty sure he wouldn’t overule Vianna and Pep if they didn’t want him, and pretty sure he wouldn’t have the playing minutes he has if he was there against Peps wishes. Nesd to think about it logically not off twitter rumours.

Political reasons what does that even mean ?

I think you need to say where you’re getting your information from -OR admit it’s all just your opinion

People will get protective of our current wingers, but none of them score and Semenyo is a numbers winger.
But would he get those numbers with us? That's the question. He doesn't face the low blocks the we generally face week-in week-out. I think he's a very good player but no idea if he'd be any better for us than our current wingers.

I don’t think Savinho is going to be here much longer so would likely be a replacement for him if we can get £60 -£70m from Spurs or others.

Still can’t decide how good this guy is though!

Good speed, good at cutting in and placing shots, wont be bullied by defenders

Would he work vs low block? I think not

Don’t think Savinho will go anywhere ,certainly not in January, even if he does doubt Semenyo would be his replacement.

Semenyo has played more games as a centre forward, I think, but he's played across the front and as an attacking midfielder as well. That utility could prove significant, and I've often wondered if he could play elsewhere on the pitch, too.
