I feel like this is the most interesting bit of the article -

These losers are such a fringe group, the flags going up everywhere has given the impression there's loads of them, and they're such a visual form of protest it obscures how much they're just a very loud minority.

I think those flag raisers need to watch this and study the technique - when they get their way they won't be able to go on benefits to spend the day putting flags up this will be their job

Not to be a member of the far right, but that's not quite the full story. The analysis I think you are referencing ignores the fact that 8% of those convicted had an unknown nationality - i.e., obviously not British but ambiguous/unable to record. Assuming none of those are British, it's actually closer to 25%. When you control for 'sexual assault against female', this jumps to 34%, or if you want to be really charitable and claim that 0% of the 'unknown' perpetrators are British, still jumps to 28%. You've also used a UK-wide baseline stat for population, but the analysis was on England and Wales only where the proportion of foreign nationals is 10.9% - not 16%. So, based on the analysis, it would appear foreign nationals across England and Wales are convicted of sexual crimes at roughly 3x their rate of population.

That said, it's clearly unfair to suggest it is purely an issue with Islam or any specific religion.

Were the missing 8% of unknown nationality or was it simply not recorded (my recollection was the latter)

Either way, this shows the data for every offence where ethnicity was recorded, and that's not something you need a passport to decide, just an IC code.

How many laugh reacts on people drowning in the channel on facebook, how people pretend to care about the homeless, vets and elderly when everyone really knows what it's about, it's stomach churning.

I hate saying it but it's just true, the sooner that people born before the mid 80s are the minority, this country will improve.

Social media amplifies extremes. That's not my main concern.

I'm talking about walking down the street and not knowing what might happen next from people of that mindset. Having previously had a racist neighbour who tried with his mate to intimidate our family before he scuttled off and a street full of people doing nowt about it, or even joining in on social media and worse, I very much doubt how many people practically are on our side, so to speak.
