Dadnlads kidney update (thank you to everyone )

Hello im home yay after call tuesday out of blue ( needle in haystack )i got a perfect match kidney 00.0 whatever that is. My thoughts and prayers go the the lad who sadly lost his life and his family. what an unselfish thing to do is donate organs and save several others ( im told more than just me ) he was 55 and breif health history thats all im told.
Now to here thank you to every single one who took time out to read like , comment, encourage and share experiences im greatful to you all and very touch and know in hour of need someone will be there to listen give advice ( smash backdoors in burn it down and claim insurance )
@Ric you'll never know what you have created and achived , hopefully ill soon be able to socialise and have drink next meet up and put more names to faces. im a long way from out woods but all signs are good and kidney working creatinne down from 700 to 146 in two days wow other patients still waiting for theres to wake up can take months, i luckly avoid dialysis 4 hour+ 3 times aweek. what i learnt blood pressure is crucial ( thats every city fan then ) (coconut water lowers it beetroot juice increases) mine was hereditary dad died when i was 6 and family history

Great news, at my daughters cheerleading sadly one of the mums who was 41 went in last week to receive a kidney off her dad, there were complications she rejected it, got a blood clot, went into a coma and died within 48hours she had two daughters 14 and 10. Everyone was stunned those poor kids. I’m glad you are recovering pal and respect to that donor, everyone should do that.

peter ? too much of coincidence we didnt know just his daughter very poorly it was peter who told me when came to say good bye what a lad tears flowed all afternoon when spoken about

No idea mate, I think her dad is still alive so can’t be the same, think he’d just volunteered to give his daughter his kidney, so very sad.

he lived prestwich and retired heating engineer . ok small world thought had link to get message to him might see him in clinic because i guess be monitored for few months it was increadable thing to do his wife had already give daughter a kidney 10/11 years earlier such a sad outcome
