This was my argument for years. Just that they’re shit at their jobs. But the level of shitness seems to be increasing and it’s happening at vital moments.

And it’s happening in the VAR room where they don’t have the pressure of players and a crowd affecting their decisions.

Decisions do not continue to get worse with the use of VAR without some form of corruption or the most inept officials in world football.

In my eyes it's a combination of both.

The international break didn’t help us, think we lost a bit of rhythm. That said, had we got our noses in front, it may have been a different story. Whilst VAR didn’t do us any favours, we’re used to that and have won titles in spite of it. Can’t be arsed crying about it, that’s for scousers.

If Arsenal win tomorrow, they’ll clearly be in a great position. If Spurs take any points, it’s game on again.

Probably best to just bin today and move on. A decent win on Tuesday night would also be a great reset.

We won't win the league this year because we're not good enough yet. Not because we're missing Rodri. We're a work in progress.
Example today was Cherki was really poor in the first half but got to grips with the intensity of the game in the 2nd. Played a couple of excellent defence splitting passes. Unfortunately he got subbed off when we needed a goal for players who have shown no goal threat virtually all season.

When Cherki plays alongside Marmoush they both seem to click and are on the same wavelength

Arsenal are firmish favourites and rightly so currently but there’s a long long way to go.
