Will be definitely be one of these two. Like I said it’s up to us not to let arsenal turn it into a procession. If we can achieve that I believe we reeks them in once we enter the new year

Let’s just wait and see. They haven’t even won the NLD yet. However even if they do it is up to us to capitalise and claw back points if they drop them away at Chelsea next weekend (which I think they will)

On average, we are losing 1.17 points per game so far this season. Keep this up and we’ll finish on 69 points.

I said at the start of the season that I had no idea how good we were with so many unknowns in the squad. I’ve said after each defeat that our deficiencies of so many being inexperienced in one way or another (lack of experience though age, through never having played in the PL before 2025, through never being a key player in a trophy winning team or through never having won a trophy in their careers) will see us put performances like today in every now and again.

After a dozen games, we look like a good team who can be excellent but can be bang average. We look a bit like we did in 2019-20 but with far less strength in depth.

I’ll stick with my prediction that we’ll be the league’s top scorers, will be brilliant in a number of games and will absolutely dick some teams, but we’ll have a monthly shit performance that will stop us even challenging for the title.

Funny, I wasn't saying this before todays game but this was a reality check.

After the Liverpool performance, when everything seemed to click and we'd narrowed the gap to Arsenal to four points, in spite of not exactly firing on all cylinders, i had got my hopes up a little. Yesterday's result dampened them again.

We have lost to Brighton, Villa and Newcastle away already. Now nobody is disputing they are hard places to go but until we can go these places and start picking up points then we have no chance of winning the title.

Yesterday's game was a bit of a reality check. Sure we could have scored a few goals ourselves and the officials were crap but all our recent frailities retuned. We were cut through too many times and without Donnarumma's saves they could have scored six. A great keeper but he has to quickly realise this is the premier league and he's not going to get fouls for a bit of contact in the box. Thats twice hes been undone this way. He's 6'-7" and built like a brick shitehouse, fucking wipe every fucker out and make them terrified to come anywhere near you.

Our midfield just isn't physically strong enough atm. We're all hoping Rodri comes back soon to improve it but I'm getting increasingly concerned he may not. We need some steel in there.

Upfront its predominantly Haaland scores or nobody does. Sure Foden with the odd goal and Doku here and there but it's not enough. Our bench is uninspiring too, Bobb has regressed and Savhino is just useless.

There are some decent signs there but we are three proper proven players away from challenging for honours again.
