This isn’t the right squad for Frank. They’re shithouses and think they’re better than what they are. Much like the club as a whole.

Frank works with the opposite and makes them excel.

Good manager. Wrong club.

Seems he’s best at mid table clubs maximising the talent of average players.

Once he’s thrown in with players with egos, they don’t dance to his tune.

That being said, he does have Richarlison up front. No one can excel with him as their main striker.

Trossard has as many league goals as Doku, Foden, Savinho, Bobb, Marmoush, Reinjders and Silva combined, and he's only scored 3 goals, absolutely embarassing.

Means the sum total of fuck all.

Before today, Haaland had the same number of goals as Goykeres, Saka, Zubamendi, Rice, Trossard and Eze.

I think cherki can be better but it’s not a short term fix like eze woukd have been. We have bought some quality but theyre young and wont bear fruit for a year or two.

Eze is 27. They’ll get 4-5 top seasons out of him. Hardly short term mate.

Look at Eze....physically strong, tall, excellent finisher, technically good. We're fielding half a team about 5'6 tall who get pushed about and knocked off the ball. We've got to remodel the squad and match these teams on a physical level.
