Premier League Games | 22/23/24 Nov '25

Look at Eze....physically strong, tall, excellent finisher, technically good. We're fielding half a team about 5'6 tall who get pushed about and knocked off the ball. We've got to remodel the squad and match these teams on a physical level.

We are not was it two off our players yesterday at around that?

As others have stated the Premier League is very physical especially in the middle of the pitch. Foden, Bobby, Silva and Savinho are all lightweights, the jury is out on the new lads like Cherki and Reindeers.

Reijnders has been a huge disappointment so far.

Looks out of his depth.

Having a career winrate of about 45% is fine when you're Brentford's manager and people only pay attention to about 1/3 of your games, but when you're Spurs manager and you've got eyes on you every week you get badly, badly exposed. When all people expect of your team is finishing about 12th and occasionally pulling off a scalp on the rare occasion you're on TV, only winning 4 of every 10 games is acceptable. When you're expected to turn your system into one that consistently gets top six finishes, forget about it. It looks even worse when your former assistant just picks up your old team and carries on performing to the same level despite losing the team's best players.

Means the sum total of fuck all.

Before today, Haaland had the same number of goals as Goykeres, Saka, Zubamendi, Rice, Trossard and Eze.
Yes mate because he's scored 14 fucking goals, not 3 like Trossard so yes it does say a lot that no one in our squad can hit a barn door except the big Viking.

I ain't ready to throw the towel yet, but we need a big win streak to put pressure on them.

They're clearly the favourites but agree no one should be chucking the towel in in November. Whether we can go on such a run remains to be seen, but I'd put money on them flapping if we did.

As for Spurs, great goal but they're still a clown show.
