Last Film You Saw

Get Shorty

Enjoyable crime comedy with an opening sequence that wouldn’t look out of place in a Tarantino film.

Heretic starring Hugh Grant --Quite creepy and enjoyable --

Watched Now You See Me, Now You Don't (2025)

Never seen any of the others, didn't even know there'd been others. This one is cheesy as fuck but not bad. I've watched worse films this year.

Probably not everyone’s cup of tea but that new ed Sheeran production on Netflix is good.

I thought it was quite clever how they’ve filmed it.

Alphabet Lane.
2025
Australian.

I shan't give anything away but really recommend it.

Tilda Cobham-Hervey is her usual gorgeous self

Watched Bugonia at the cinema last night. Latest by Yorgos Lanthimos. Bizarre as fuck and based on the reviews I’ve seen, half the people who see it love it and the other half hate it. Although I didn’t make it through Kinds of Kindness, I really liked this one - very well acted sci-fi horror comedy, if that’s your thing…

Train Dreams on Netflix. Very enjoyable slow paced story where nature and time are big elements. Well worth watching but only if not not already tired. Zzzzz....
