7 | Omar Marmoush - 2025/26

Leave in January mate, there's absolutely no point in staying with a manager who's deliberately trying to make you look bad, just go somewhere else where you can show your qualities.

He can't pick the players around him but he was one of the dreadful players tonight.

Manager takes some of the blame but he has to look at the shite he just served up as well.

He's been piss poor this season.

He's not good enough,

This has been the story with him since he got here: solid finisher, but offers little to nothing else, loses the ball too easily, his football IQ is very "meh".

We need goals and fast, Omar is not the solution, I think he will still have a market, I think you cut your losses in January and move on.
He is the most accomplished goal scorer after Haaland , should have been kept on for Savio .

He doesn't really suit Pep's style. Alvarez played that role better.

Marmoush needs to play as a second striker behind Haaland.

He's never picked in his favoured inside left position behind Haaland where he scored multiple goals last season, he's been given 5 minutes off the bench every game since he came back from injury and when he finally starts, it's with that lineup we got tonight where no one tries to find him when he makes any runs, and he couldn't even finish the game playing with Haaland because Pep prefers to allow Savinho to stink the place out, he's not been treated fairly at all.

He's done nothing to deserve a start to be honest. His best position is a position we don't really play and he isn't pushing Foden, Doku or Haaland out of the team.

That’s Doku’s position this season.

There’s an opening on the other side that he could be tried in, but he’s not very creative.

And that alone should tell you something about what Pep and the staff think of him.

We have been crying out for goals, and this dude isn't getting any serious minutes until tonight. The staff sees him every day in training. If they felt he could add goals and create, he would get minutes.

I hope plastics like you fuck off in January as well with your ludicrous fanboy nonsense
Marmoush will never in a million years be good enough for this team. Physically weak, mentally flaky and the first touch of Jimmy Savile

Point is he's gotten no significant minutes off the bench and when he finally starts it's as a striker with that shite lineup tonight, and he doesn't even finish the game alongside Haaland when we need a few goals, Pep has given him no chance so far.

7 goals in 16 games last season, second best finisher after Haaland but whatever helps you sleep at night.

The same staff that loves Savinho and Bobb more, should tell us all we need to know about that staff.

On the record after a few games in saying i didnt envisage him ever playing a part in us winning a major trophy

Just dont see it in him, he seems soft, and belongs in a small pond as a fairly big fish, where there's very little expectation

I've continued to hold out hope but I have to agree. Not a pimple on Alvarez's ass.
