As Arsenal didn't have a lead to defend, I'm guessing Raya didn't go down injured at any point either.

They just need to make it clear they will book anyone for pretending to be injured, especially faking a head injury. An informal pre-match chat with the Managers will sort it. I despise the time wasting and cheating but Arsenal are absolutely the worst for it.

No referee is going to openly accuse a player of faking a head injury. And I think it's unfair that they should be asked to. They're not doctors. With a lot more focus on concussion these days, it's not a road they're going to go down anyway.

They’ll bring a new rule in but the refs will still apply it arbitrarily. Like telling the injured player and training staff to go off the pitch at the closest point, only for them to continue their path as they were. That happened yesterday as well, with that tit at our game.
