My YouTube Channel - Episode 52 (P27)

No wading today? Dangerously deep water is the clue it's not worth it.

This bridge looks like it's perched precariously on the abutments too. Did someone steal the road?

For a smaller bridge it looks solid on the inside with a sign that unlike the last one looks like it was done by someone who loves their job.

As for the age of the bridge it says 1880 on the gable of the bridge, what does that date signify?

I'm getting a definite Swiss vibe about the countryside/hotel and location. Absolutely brilliant stills and some cracking pics of the milky way to boot.

Don't go under the bloody bridge!!!!!

Skeletor made a comeback for the halfway mark, nice touch.

Today is officially happy hump day in the covered bridge series, congratulations :)

Yes I saw the dates on the sign (there are two different dates) but only saw them when watching back on the video. No idea of their significance- maybe the years his great grandfather owned the land?

Just finished next weeks episode, a retrospective look back at episodes 1 - 50 and gives me the opportunity to correct a few things and add things I forgot to include and a few other bits thrown in! It’s 30 mins long!

It's recap time, there's a lot to recap so I will stay quiet and concentrate :)

For the sake of synchronicity you could have released this video tomorrow, it would have aligned perfectly with your first video.

That for me is a covered bridge, was it a victim of the bridge snobs the same way Pluto was with the planet snobs? :)

Episode 71? You're just confusing me now. Nice blooper section and don't be too hard on yourself those place/river/mountain names were ridiculous.

The end shot of your well deserved award was a nice tough, and here's to the next 50.

Sunday is the best day to put videos out, more folk at home and with time on their hands…… having said that, doing this compilation film pushed the other bridges back a week which wouldn’t have been a problem had I not wished everyone a happy Xmas and new year in episodes 54 and 55. So to keep it all in sequence, episode 54 will be unleashed upon the world on Xmas day!

Well a wooden bridge is what it says on the tin! Made of wood!
The Quechee bridge is only wooden with the truss (that serves no purpose). The concrete base and road are holding it all up!

Number 51 happy hump day.

I hope they found their Cat. Now that driver went past it probably explains where the bloody Cat is, cheeky bugger :)

Makes you wonder why they don't paint the top beams yellow and black although admittedly it would definitely alter the aesthetics.

Some of the angles from the stills you inserted into the video make it look like the bridge is going to collapse under its own weight.

The place of the mushy quaky land is much much easier to pronounce, I wonder if the native Americans would have as much trouble pronouncing Claremont Road as we do pronouncing their place names?

Keep up the good work mate :)
