I'd like to have seen Cherki and Marmoush in, instead of Reijnders and Doku. But, unlike some on here, I'm prepared to give the starting XI a chance to impress me before I give up.

I'd have preferred Marmoush over Bernie. I like Cherki off the bench. But its a good team. Just needs to play better.

Think this would've been a good opportunity for Marmoush to get some minutes and develop form and give Haaland a rest for Sunderland and Madrid

Pep doesn't do player rotation well. He'll run Haaland into the ground before Marmoush gets a run in the team.

I love Bernardo, but I wish Pep would give Bobb a chance. I know he played poorly, along with everyone, versus Leverkusen, but he needs game time to get back after his injury.

I'm surprised he's still starting Gvardiol, too. Three games in a row, now he's been completely shambolic at the back. I suppose he's trying to play him into form.

I thought Gvardiol played well, that pen aside. Saved us in the 1st half many times, scored, made that great pass to Nunes for the 1st Foden goal, jumped for Foden's second.

Bernardo makes us click as well, but I would play Cherki instead, he is too good not to right now.

Bobb not making the bench 2nd week running, not looking good for him.

Yet still has the 3rd highest G/A ratio in the PL - if you don't trust him against Leeds and Fulham then there is an issue. Pep is way too trusting to some - it took him far too long to trust Nico so there is hope for Rayan.
