Cherki is a bit of a luxury player, yeah. Players like him aren't common in the current climate. No.10 types are now expected to work like dogs. Look at Szoboszlai.

I do not agree he slows things down makes the right decisions. His tracking and positioning is not bad and will improve. This is the player you build your team around.

His vision is head and shoulders above everyone else in the squad, a true number 10 like we rarely see these days. Seeing him come on after Savinho is a shame, but apparently the Brazilian genius runs a lot...

He is a talent and signs are promising though.
