More and more contemporaries are going public yet the person who wrote to Farage ( not an independent arbiter ) to defend him ( not really written by Farage himself obvs ) remains anonymous .............. just asking questions

 
Must be shocking news to Farages fan boys on here that he’s a racist . Another bout of looking the other way about to be undertaken, unless of course you’re a racist and quite happy to support his bigotry.

most won't care mate - they will have jumped aboard the day he launched the infamous Brexit poster (for which he has never apologised) and he was telling them that FoM meant 90m Turks were coming to the UK - spoiler alert Turkey was not and is not an EU member but if your very existence is so hollow you are convinced that all thats wrong is the result of foreigners just being here so the fact that he is outing himself as an unapologetic racist will be music to their ears. That makes them a racist too but they will come on here and deny it.

There really is no playing it down either and saying 'oh it was years ago we all did stupid shit when we were younger and he's clearly a different person'. The ****'s completely incapable of taking responsibility for anything, so now he looks absolutely unapologetic about it and seems angrier that he's been caught out rather than sympathetic towards the kids he racially abused.

Also he started laying in to 70s sitcoms and Bernard Manning. Is he woke now?

He’s trying to normalise it for the era, that we were all racist, in a way. However, as a kid, I don’t remember seeing or hearing anything defamatory about the Jewish people or anybody saying Hitler was right.

It obviously got him the attention he craved back then, and that attitude/behaviour helped him with his Brexit party, but now, as the world as changed, he no longer wants to be associated with it and it’s everybody else’s fault.

Sounds like one of those woke, snowflakes that they keep talking about.

Thing with it is he's talking mid 70's. I was alive then. It was only 30 years after the end of WW2 and the full horrors of what the Nazi's had done was revealed. Then for a few years there was like Nuremberg and the World at War had just aired so whilst sadly peoples colour was fair game for the racists but no I was in my early teens I remember those years and anti-semitism was off limits. I had relatives still alive who fought in WW2 and they would have smacked you around the back of the head if you had expressed those sort of tendencies.

The thing with Farage is he probably knows what the Streisand effect is but he is so brittle and so thin skinned he gives presser after presser just amplifying the issue. He is in a hole and can't stop digging the thick racist ****
