The club site is down, is this a hard signal?
We're probably just being hacked so that they can find something new to charge us with when this goes away...

Probably Liverpool trying to find some new players to get them going again. The club site is down, is this a hard signal?
Jeez, dumb it down will you …Maybe there will never be a decision?
Perhaps we are all only characters in a lost novel, written and discarded by Kafka or Flann O'Brien?
Technically it's possible that if we're fully exonerated, or maybe have an immaterial financial penalty imposed for non-cooperation, that the outcome will never be publicly known.Maybe there will never be a decision?

So are the informed and knowledgeable still saying this has to probably happen before Xmas?
It's definately but seeming that way to me.
An NDA has to be signed by all parties and I can't see City doing that, the PL or the panel can't issue gagging orders and there's no reason for the courts to be involved.Technically it's possible that if we're fully exonerated, or maybe have an immaterial financial penalty imposed for non-cooperation, that the outcome will never be publicly known.
If part of the outcome involves the PL being severely embarrassed, there's no way they'd want that to be known publicly. Potentially there could be a watertight NDA or gagging order.
Given the public interest in this I'd say that scenario is unlikely, but if we're still no wiser in 6 or even 12 months then that could be interesting.
And everybody will say we were guilty and paid off the PL to make it go away for ever more and the club won't ever be able to answer backTechnically it's possible that if we're fully exonerated, or maybe have an immaterial financial penalty imposed for non-cooperation, that the outcome will never be publicly known.

I agree about the courts but maybe the quid pro quo for us keeping quiet was the waving through of the sponsorship deals? An NDA has to be signed by all parties and I can't see City doing that, the PL or the panel can't issue gagging orders and there's no reason for the courts to be involved.
That wouldn't play out well in the public court, I'd have thought the club would be looking for something more positive myself. Hell, the other clubs wouldn't accept that.I agree about the courts but maybe the quid pro quo for us keeping quiet was the waving through of the sponsorship deals?
Written by Monty Python is more likely.Maybe there will never be a decision?

Who knows what deals get done behind closed doors. If the outcome was potentially catastrophic for the PL then it would be in the other clubs' interest to keep it under wraps. But I agree while that's theoretically possible, it does beggars belief somewhat. That wouldn't play out well in the public court, I'd have thought the club would be looking for something more positive myself. We are very naughty boys, though Pep IS the MessiahWritten by Monty Python is more likely.
