Accidental handball in the build up to a goal, ie not directly by the scorer before scoring, doesn’t stop a goal being awarded.

Had Reuter’s first shot gone in, it would have been handball, however it didn’t he then scored after the move developed.

That wasn't in the process of scoring a goal, the ball was cleared after that.
I would say it is all the same phase of play despite what the commentator states. Keeper saves from Rutter and palms the ball away and the rebound is scored by Rutter. It is all part of the same attack.

That was hand ball. The overhead kick was also a high foot.
Who did we play where a penalty was given against Gonzalez for a high boot. This is where refereeing is inconsistant. Especially if you have another three or four people sat in a room looking and making decisions.

Accidental handball can only disallow a goal if the assister set ups up the scorer directly with their hand or if the scorer handles it before scoring.

Anywhere else in the phase of play, handball is irrelevant if deemed accidental.

Monaco.
Eric Dier scored the penalty.

That interview then was diabolical it was like a someone who knows nothing about football asking the questions!

I think that was in the Champions League, mate. It was right at the death.
