It is a source of regret and shame to me that the club put him on a pedestal, Arteta in particular. That being said innocent until proven guilty. But we did handle it in a very insensitive way, given the fact we have such a high % of female fans, the women's team won the CL and so on.

Proof, if any was needed, about being cautious when throwing names around. It seems that the player that was widely being named early on is not the player that's being named now.
