It’s starting to do my head in. Should have got Rudiger sent off and perhaps should have had an assist. Got another player a yellow card and was a genuine threat when he came on. We should be looking at that cameo and think there’s a player in there.

I thought we were great without really clicking. Defended well when we needed to (apart from the first 10/15 mins) and we could easily of been 3/4 up by the time they had a bit of a go in the last 10 mins. Fantastic night.

What a weird game. Poor for the first half hour, could easily have been 2/3 down. Then nicked a goal and looked dangerous often but wide open and asking for trouble at times. They're a shadow of their former self, luckily. Great result, not a great performance but a win away in the Bernabeu is decent.

We desperately need Rodri back or find a DM in January, if we are going to challenge for either of the big prizes this season!!
