26 | Savinho - 2025/26

Could have done without every bit of end product ending up with Real having the ball and counter attacking us.

That's exactly what I don't get. I thought he was shite when he came on. 92nd minute .Just take it into the fucking corner. Nope, I'm gonna cut in and trickle the ball back to Real. Even the cross across the box wasn't needed. Yeah he drew two fouls, he also pinged the ball straight to Vini Jr. Directly responsible for 5 dangerous Real attacks in the last 7 minutes. Get rid.

It's posts like this which are just embarrassing. No matter what he does from here on out I bet you won't praise him. He's been awful as of late but what exactly did you want him to do tonight? It was a great sub cameo.
It’s another Nunes case. Needs several 10/10 games in a row to be accepted

How about get an assist or score a goal against a very tired Madrid … I know not a lot of time but if he had 90 minutes - still very little chance of it happening a no output, no aggression and a shitty attitude

There was no output, but the aggression and attitude was fine, he kept the ball well and won fouls, he came up with a Grealish performance, so how the fuck do you question his attitude tonight ?

saying that he was shite is just pure agenda. you couldn't have possibly took that from his cameo unless you were looking to think that. come on.

Really good?? Superb??

Fuck me. He lost the ball every time it came to him. Contributed to Real Madrid constantly attacking down the left.

Rudiger should have gone for the tackle on him but my god. How low are the standards in here for this guy? He’s getting praised because he drew one foul

I didn’t question his attitude tonight - but if he was in the pitch long enough I am sure it would have showed . AS N1985 said above ‘That's exactly what I don't get. Shit my arse. He was good when he came on and anyone who says he wasn’t has a clear agenda against him.

This lad is by far the most hated City player. He was good when he came on. There shouldn't be any criticism of his performance tonight.

The only way that'll he'll be accepted is if he starts scoring some goals.

Kept the ball well?

He lost it every time he had it!

Actual stats:

Made 5 passes
17 touches
3 successful dribbles (none unsuccessful)
Won 10 duels
Won 2 tackles
Recovered the ball 4 times
Gave up possession 5 times.

His biggest critics wanted to see effort, a bit of grit and a show he's listening to the manager.

In the last week you've had all that.

He was better than Foden in those minutes. Didn’t see you in the Foden thread

I thought he did reasonably well tonight. But that is *the* job
I don’t think playing him in home games helps anyone at the moment, sub roles like that will help him and help the fans
Obviously goals will help, but one step at a time….
