I'm not arguing for anything, though I'm generally of the view that a professional volunteer army is much better than recalcitrant unwilling teenagers. Lots of the military seem to agree.Cause much less issues than not doing it. Again, what would your solution be?

Merely pointing out that if you "don’t see any issues in training the population through national service" then you're not opening your eyes. There's a very obvious huge list of issues with thi, whether you believe on balance it's good or bad.
