Any reason on why its only our third highest revenue in a year?

Do we not usually grow it year on year?

Speculative on my part but I'd imagine going out of the CL at the play off stage rather than reaching at least the quarter finals had an impact on matchday revenue and prize money. Not to mention finishing 3rd in the league versus winning it the four years prior.

probably because we didn't go far in the champions league won less games in the competition and obviously didn't win the league

Our revenues will be a lot lower in 2026/27 when we're playing in League Two and all the players have ripped up their contracts to leave on free transfers.

I'll have a good look later when I'm back home from work but they will probably be in the balance sheet as capital costs, rather than in the P&L account as a revenue cost.

They will be accumulated in the balance sheet as an asset and only charged to the profit & loss statement as an annual depreciation charge after they are finished.
