Hoping Newcastle stays 3pm Saturday!
There’s a decent chance that game stays on Saturday due to possible CL scheduling. Based on current projections, Newcastle have a high probability of being involved the playoff round which would mean a 50% chance of them playing on Tuesday 24th after they visit the Etihad.
Can’t guarantee 3pm though!

Think they might wait till tomorrow, the Carabao Cup SF draw is tonight, and the second-leg of the semis is right at the start of Feb (if we're in the hat, that's between Spurs A and Liverpool A) ...

Home v Newcastle will be on tv almost certainly - probable other tv fixtures that weekend are Tottenham v Arsenal and Everton v United.

As you say Newcastle will likely be in CL Play Offs so Saturday 12.30pm or 5.30pm would be favourite

Our home games against Fulham and Newcastle will both be shown on TNT Sports at 19:30 (UK) on Wednesday 11 February and 12:30 on Saturday 21 February respectively. However, the Newcastle game will move to 20:00 (UK) on Saturday 21 February should either team be away in a Champions League play-off fixture the Wednesday prior.

Just don't fucking move it in the first place you wankers! Yet another game where the away fans are getting stiched up in terms of travel, utter wankers. And what if one team is at home the previous Wednesday, presumably 12.30 is fine. Fuck off with your constant pissing about with kick off times.

When will we know confirmed date of newcastle game?

If neither club is in the CL playoff round, it will be confirmed as a 12:30 kickoff following the conclusion of the CL league phase on Wednesday 28th January. It's possible we’ll have clinched a top eight slot (avoiding the playoff round) before then but I don’t believe Newcastle can.
If either club is involved in the playoff round, the draw is on Friday 30th. I expect the dates/times of the ties will be confirmed later that day or on the Saturday. We’ll have confirmation of whether or not the Newcastle kickoff time has moved to the evening then.

Also if Newcastle, or City, finish between 17th & 24th they'll be at home the first leg so it'll be 12.30pm kick off

That’s a good point. Without wishing to tempt fate, I can’t see us finishing outside the top 16 but there’s a definite scenario where Newcastle do and we’re in the top eight which would mean the 12:30 kickoff would be confirmed as soon as CL Matchday 8 is over.

The Newcastle Carabao Cup semi second leg will surely be Weds 4th Feb as we play Spurs away the preceding Sunday, ruling out the Tuesday, and Newcastle play Brentford on Sat 7th, which rules out the Thursday.

And there's a gig on at the CO-OP Saturday 21st Feb

That should definitely be the case if Arsenal beat Palace next week. If Palace go through however, they play on Sunday 1st Feb so like us, also couldn’t play on the Tuesday.
If that happens I can see the second legs being Wednesday and Thursday. It’s FA Cup fourth round over the following weekend so the teams playing on Thursday couldn’t be scheduled to play possible FA Cup ties on that Saturday - no need to change anything that’s already confirmed.

As we are the late Saturday night match vs Leeds…
Do yous reckon that makes us more likely to be Wednesday night v Forest the following week as opposed to the Tuesday night slot?

It's a lge round proceeding the 2nd legs we have the dippers away so could do with a good lead from the 1st leg

The FA Cup 4th round is the weekend of Feb 14th, so doesn’t impact this. If Arsenal get through, that game could be Tues 3rd Feb as both they and Chelsea play on Sat 31st Jan. If Palace get through, that game would need to be Weds 4th as they, like us, play on Sun 1st Feb, and Chelsea play on Sat 7th. Imagine they’d do a 7.30/8.15 kick off split between the two games like last night.
