EFL Cup Games | Quarterfinals | 16/17/23 December '25

1-1

This is why staggered kick offs are best, none of this five games at 2pm bollocks

I like Toon fans but the last thing I want is face their dirty midfield twice.

Livermento been back not long going off injured! If we serious in him his injury record is not great! Don’t know if I’d bother going for him

Started watching the Newcastle v Fulham game after ours finished. It is absolute dross. Even the commentators, who are usually adept at polishing turds, sound bored out their skins.

I honestly don’t see what he’s amazing at. He’s like a Ben Chilwell to me.

Looks solid competent understanding of the positions he plays is good! His injury record for someone so young is a worry and why I’d pass on him look for a younger right back who can come in and out we keep Nunes as our main fullback..

Off topic but I’ll ask it in here PSG beat Flamengo in some fifa cup today what is this,is this played between the champions league winners of Europe and South America, seeing as Chelsea are club world champions..

Newcastle have made changes and loaded up on penalty takers. Both sides look happy to take their chances on penalties

If he wasn’t Association Trained, we’d be saying he’s bang average.

He’s a decent defensive full back, but the way we play, we need that player to have pace.
