Got to be happy with that. I make them just about the weakest of the teams left in it, they dont have an especially deep squad themselves and have the same European commitments as us. Being at home in the second leg is also a big advantage.

Both us and Newcastle play FA Cup games on Saturday 10th whereas Arsenal play on Sunday 11th away at Pompey

and we play spurs the sunday before at 4:30pm for.second leg, so Wednesday suits us better for that.

I am as sure as I can be that we got 8-9k tickets up there in the FA cup about 20!years ago. It was more like 4.5k a couple of years ago but I don’t think we took the full allocation then as it was an earlier round.

Tbh, prefer Chelsea but with the same scenario, 2nd leg at home. At least Newcastle can deal with Arsenal (like last year), I have no trust in Chelsea.
