BBC 5 live news this morning Man City won, 6 games in a row now, this time last year one win in 13 and facing 115 charges.... have to show a negative or two when there's positive news...
Very boring now.
That's all well and good but you can't expect praise as we haven't "turned a corner".

Words need to be had with the BBC's Shamoon Hafez. He makes a series of minor digs game after game, which individually don't amount to much, but over time become irritating.

Our supporters are not capable at the moment of responding. Rich milk has lest then fat and comfortable.
How do you expect them to respond when the BBC and other news outlets moderate out anything positive and refuse to take down clearly misleading or false statements.

It's your choice to leave early, and moan at the team, you pay your entrance fee.

Personally I will continue to watch the whole game, support the team, and applaud them at the end of the game. As we do at every away game.

Ian Hart and I just don't understand why people wish to attend a game to moan at the team, players, and the Manager. Why not just go to the Pub .
Spot on. And where have all these people come from who say they hate the club and don’t attend matches. Yet they think they can criticise our match going support. No one is forcing them to be City fans. They just want to offload their misery on the rest of us.

I guess everyone is different. But yes they have a choice.
I do think we still have enough good core support to keep us going, just need a concerted effort to grow young support and let these people who clearly don't like the club, or the experience to drift off into the sunset.
Personally I can't wait for Saturday, climb those last few steps and see Pitch and Stands, I will get that special feeling, just the same as I have had for over 60 years.

I should have retired , but keep working so I can afford to go and enjoy the day , home and away.

He's a plastic red **** from Huddersfield. A real bitter one.
Yep he’s from Batley and went to Huddersfield University and is a plastic rag. He gave an interview about it back in 2020 for Paigam Sport and described himself as a ‘long suffering Manchester United fan’ and Baconface is who he would most like to interview.

I know what I’d describe him as..

The question is why at the supposed ‘impartial’ BBC is he allowed to be our designated correspondent? Now of course you can be impartial and report on other teams but a proclaimed fan of the scum designated as a City reporter?

Do you think he’d be allowed to be the Liverpool one? I think not.

He made a big point of condemning Bernardo on live tv for his posting the cartoon to Mendy who found it funny. Without the pile on Bernardo wouldn’t have been banned, fined & required to attend education sessions.

He was fucking silent when Garnacho posted a gorilla to Onana.
Ah, someone who is offended on the behalf of someone else

I'd be interested to know why Hinchcliffe, as an ex blue, seems to go out of his way to be totally the opposite of biased towards us. It's not just last night, it's a theme with him. He rarely has a good word to say about the players, team or club. I wonder if he had issues with the club, feels he missed out on some of our success since he left, or actively tries not to be accused of just being an ex biased city player.
He was pissed off the Club sanctioned Howard Kendall selling him to Everton. Kendall just didn't rate him at all. A couple of years later Kendall replaced Joe Royle at Everton and guess what...he sold him again.

Same as Quinn, it’s grotesque the antipathy they have for us especially being former players

A Double Whammy there.
Both Red Arse Cheeks clubs get some unnecessary publicity.
There was an item on BBC TV news this morning, about the Border Force stopping large parcels of snide "sweat-shop manufactured" footy shirts.
Guess which 2 teams were featured the most ?

Wonderful post……CTWD

Said to the missus last night, these commentators really dig a dark hole for themselves these days.
They are wounded when city take the lead in a game and sound pathetically desperate willing for an equaliser until we get a second.
Then when the result is not in any doubt they try to sprinkle a little accolade on us around about the 88th minute mark.
It doesn't matter which two are commentating they all do it.
It seems to be an accepted part of the modern game now in England to dog and disrespect Manchester City FC permanently.
I'm just gutted the club doesn't seem arsed about it but then again they're not paying subscription fees to listen to it.
Why the f@ck should city fans who can't get to the game have to listen to this bile while trying to watch their team?
Again I just think it's become part of the fabric of football now and we will never be treated the same as other clubs by the media., but it's so annoying while you are trying to watch a game.
Do what I do. Turn the sound off and just watch the game.

I see in one of their SPOTY montages they managed to use the words bitter and salty whilst showing City and Pep at exactly the same time. Cunts, utter cunts
Just read the brief obituaries in the SPOTY page of BBC Sport. Barney Daniels was described as a United Academy graduate, with no mention that he played 11 games for City's first team but 0 for the rags. Also, according to the piece on Bobby Kennedy he played for us when we won the League in 1969. Typical lazy, innaccurate, journalism from that shower of shit.
