This country needs a change in the law so any stabbing is classed as attempted murder. That way kids might be less keen on carrying them around so much. Possibly.

Obviously we'd need more prisons, but we do anyway.

If you cannot distinguish the crime of an adult or the death of an adult through natural causes as against a child committing a possible crime there is no hope for you

It’s an internet off topic discussion forum. All topics (except those using pornographic images, racist, sexist, homophobic or misogynistic language) are up for discussion, especially when they are also front page news and main headlines on TV. If you wish to put forward a list of what topics you feel we shouldn't discuss, then go ahead and produce that list and forward it to Ric.

Why does every crime have to be sensationalised as the country on its arse, going to the dogs, well and truly fucked etc. It's just another crime. Crime has always happened, always will in the future.
For what it's worth, there is less violent tcrime now than there has been in the past yet to listen to people on social media you'd think it was unsafe to step outside your house.

Not only that, a lot of historic crimes didn’t get (inter)national coverage and many were covered up or incorrectly investigated too, due to incompetence or lack of modern techniques (DNA, CCTV etc). We’re a lot more informed these days but it’s healthy to be appalled at such crimes at least.

Probably because we’re in a position of kids are doing a lot of the killings
