The simple truth is, all Premier League clubs have had to do this for years. It commenced in 2018, 7 years ago !
The dippers refused.
No one said squat because like the rags they are above all laws and regulations.
Finally someone decided enough was enough and they were forced to do what every other PL club is told to do.

Are the PL also going to force them to comply with the VAR regulations with regards 'Big Screen Replays'?

Sadly that is a myth. The PL do not have any regulations insisting a club has Var screens.

It's a yellow all day long; no force, no intent, it's almost on the borderline of careless (no card) but it absolutely falls into reckless due to the injury/possibility of injury. Van Dyke's prolonged reaction and appeals to the ref (AND obviously the team he plays for) got Symonds the red yesterday.

Yellow card all day long, we probably wouldn't even be awarded the free-kick (unless the opposition score and VAR are FORCED to look at it)
