I'm becoming more paranoid than a black sabbath tribute band that the rags will somehow inveigle their way towards the top of the table.

Whether it’s United/Liverpool/Spurs or Sunderland/West Ham/Bournemouth that teams we need to drop points are playing, doesn’t matter. Results that are best for City are the only thing that matters.

I never want United to win, but we need Villa to drop points wherever they can at the moment. If that means Villa drop points today and it’s good for City (which it is), then sobeit.

We aren’t a midtable/bottom half team with little to play for anymore (and haven’t been for some time). We don’t need to get that old ‘want United to lose whoever they play’ in our outlook anymore.

I do, hope they lose every fukin game senior team, women, youth, under 21,18,16,14,12

If we got the decisions Liverpool Arsenal got it be in the media all week how it’s a disgrace how the narrative would be we got away again with decision! It’s not just we get refereed differently it’s if we ever get a favourable decision it’s highlighted for a week and the likes of Liverpool Arsenal ones are brushed over!
Spot on! Anything goes our Way and it’s wall to wall coverage for weeks and they’re screaming for rule changes!

No Mainoo in the Rags squad, that Amorin is another in the Ferguson mould.
I'm assuming it must be an attitude problem. He seemed to be an ok player a couple of seasons back. I know nothing about him other than his performances on the pitch but looks like another Jadon Sancho in the making if he doesn't buck himself up.

Footballers are professional sportsman who try and gain advantage by exaggerating contact, not because they are harder or softer than rugby players.

And they cheat just as much in rugby and always have done just the methods are different. But they certainly feigned injury to cheat.
It was why they had to introduce voluntary substitutes in rugby because before you had to be injured to be substituted so they feigned injury to bring on fresh players. All blacks were masters of it.
Pisses me off when rugby fans claim moral superiority.
Don't think it's just the rugby fans who call out the current bare-faced cheating in the Premier League.
Professional football 60 odd years ago, when I started attending was a world apart from today's game.
Why do the managers seem to get a free pass on the antics of the player's behaviour ?
The shenanigans are obviously endorsed, perhaps even encouraged at certain times of the game, by the managers.
The media seldom call managers out on it, as they are scared of damaging the "Premier League Brand" and losing titbits of information from the clubs.
Arsenal, under Arteta, are embarrassing at their level of cheating and pushing the "rules" to the limit - yet he is never asked why his players are not honest.
The Premier League is the most popular League overseas.
The debatable decisions by the refs this season, together with the conduct of some teams, could see that changing...
